Our commercial services follow the RIBA Plan of Work, where the services are broken down into eight work stages these can be customised to create a ‘project specific plan’ to suit your needs.

We can offer a complete service from inception to completion, acting as your lead consultant, contract administrator, employer’s agent, and principal designer. Alternatively, you can choose from a menu of services giving you flexibility on how you wish to procure your building project.

Our services are delivered using integrated IT systems, including the National Building Specification and CAD software with 3-d modelling. We are committed to collaborative working with design teams and clients using the latest ‘BIM’, ‘Building Information Management’ systems.

We offer a number of options in the payment of our fees:

  • a percentage of the building work cost
  • a lump sum where services are clearly defined or
  • time charges where the work cannot be reasonably predicted i.e feasibility work
